grandmother caca is a loving plant medicine that feeds both our bodies and souls; she brings the love that we need even when we don't know we need it.

it is for this reason, that I am offering the opportunity to sit in a safe space to experience grandmother cacao in a few different ways.

first we we will sit in community and experience her as a plant medicine that will open our hearts and minds to the idea of self love while enjoying her as warm hug of a beverage. during this time we will sit in contemplation of who we are and who we wish to be. then we will gather together and paint our faces with grandmother as the nourishing and moisturizing goddess that she is. only after we have fully immersed ourselves in this ritual play will we submerge our feet into a warm, nourishing and luxurious bath of cacao shells, herbs and epsom salt. you will be invited to utilize an herb and cacao shell infused foot scrub and given the opportunity to massage your feet with a delicious and soothing lotion afterwards.

wash cloths and towels will be provided, but I recommend you bring your favorite cozy socks as well as your journals, favorite pens and water to stay hydrated. there will be a couple of light snacks, but feel free to bring something light to share if you are called to it.
